What the wrap
is made of.

Underneath the neoprene are two working parts — a warming element and a pulse unit — held against the sole by the straps you fasten yourself.

There is nothing to fill and nothing to assemble: three steps, then the session runs itself.

Step 1

Fasten the wrap

Place each foot in the wrap and close the straps until the fit feels right — snug, not tight.

Step 2

Set the panel

Choose the pulse intensity and switch the warmth on or off from the control panel on the wrap.

Step 3

Stay seated for 15–30 minutes

Read, watch, or do nothing. When the session ends, open the straps and connect the charger.

How long does one session last?

Plan for 15–30 minutes. The massagers are made for regular sessions while you sit or recline, at whatever time of day suits you.

Which foot sizes does the wrap fit?

Most of them, for men and women: the wrap closes with adjustable straps, so you set how snug it sits.

Do I have to stay seated?

Yes. EMSense massagers are for use while sitting or reclining only — not while standing or walking.

Is there a subscription behind the bundles?

No. You pay for a bundle once. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel; order again only when you choose to.

When does my order leave?

Within 2 business days, with a tracking number sent by e-mail. Standard shipping is free on the bundles shown. Delivery estimates by destination: United States 4–7 business days · United Kingdom 7–10 · Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria 5–11 · rest of Europe 10–20 · Australia and New Zealand 9–14 · other destinations 10–20.

Is there anyone the massagers are not suitable for?

EMSense is not a medical device. If you are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, consult your physician before use. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have an existing health condition. For external use only; do not use while sleeping or in wet environments; keep out of reach of children and pets.

How does the 30-day return window work?

Products that are unopened, unused and still in their original packaging can go back within 30 days of delivery, and we refund the purchase price. E-mail us first to register the return; you pay the return postage, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Customers in the EU and the UK also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. The Return Policy has the steps.
